    Abul Pakir Jainulabdeen A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, popularly known as APJ Abdul Kalam, was an exceptional Indian scientist, educator, and statesman who served as the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007.     After completing his education, Kalam joined the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), where he made significant contributions to India’s missile development and space exploration programs.
